Unless I am mistaken that is likely one the first two cars renovated to work with the Type 8s, the T didn't change the paint scheme to the new teal and grey paint scheme on those two so the paint is original to the cars hence all the rusting.
All of the others got repainted to the new design, with one pair that got an experimental paint design…
